Cove Project Management provides consulting services in project management, business analysis, and change management to help guide you through implementing your business projects and change. We leverage our years of experience in delivery of projects and our wide knowledge of project, program, portfolio, business analysis and change techniques and methods to help you. By working closely with you we aim to build or enhance your capability and develop a “Dual Operating System” (John Kotter) in which you have an agile change organisation in parallel to your business as usual (BAU). This enables you to delver change for the organisation while maintaining normal operations without over stressing the BAU team.
Contracting Services
Cove project Management can also be contracted longer term as a key project and change delivery talent resource to analyse, implement and deliver your projects and change in close collaboration with you. Starting with sound business analysis of the change drivers and needs we will develop a clear picture of the current state and a vision of the future state that aligns change with strategy and addresses the four elements of business – People, Process, Structure and Technology (Leavitt).
